- Messenger
Every chat becomes a qualified lead.
Dealer Automation answers the customers who message your dealership, using the stock you actually have on the floor. It works out what they want, scores how serious they are, chases the ones who go quiet, and hands your salespeople a lead that is already qualified.
Connect up to five WhatsApp numbers, plus Instagram and Facebook Messenger.
A customer is about to message the dealership...
A conversation, and the lead it produces, as it happens.
It asks what a good salesperson would ask
And nothing the customer has already answered. The stage is worked out from what is known, so someone who writes “2022 Civic, cash, can I come Saturday” is not walked back through six questions they answered in one sentence.
Greeting
A message arrives on any of the three channels and a conversation opens.
Requirement
New or used, and roughly what the customer needs the car for.
Brand and model
Narrowed against the stock you actually have on the floor.
Variant
The specific car, with its real mileage, colour and price.
Payment
Cash or finance, so the desk knows what it is dealing with.
Visit or call
The point where a conversation becomes worth a salesperson's time.
As those facts are established, the lead is built underneath: vehicle interest, payment preference, branch, and an intent score from 0 to 100 with the reasons written down. The moment a customer agrees to a visit or a call, the dealership gets an email.
Follow-up automation
The lead who went quiet is the one you were losing
Somebody asks about a car on Thursday evening, gets an answer, and then says nothing. Nobody at the dealership remembers to chase them. This does, twice, in your own words, and then it stops.
Hour 0
The customer goes quiet
They asked about a car, got an answer, and then stopped replying.
24 hours
First nudge
One short message about the car they asked about, in your words.
48 hours
Second nudge
One more, and only one. You write it, and you can switch it off.
72 hours
It stops
Nothing further is ever sent. Nobody wants to be that dealership.
The things it refuses to do are the point
An assistant that guesses a price is worse than no assistant at all, because a customer who was quoted the wrong number arrives expecting it. These are guarantees, not settings somebody can switch off by accident.
It cannot invent a price
Every reply is checked against your data before it is sent. If it contains a figure your inventory does not hold, the reply is replaced with your own fallback message and a person picks the conversation up.
It never offers a car you have sold
The assistant reads from a lookup that can only return available stock, kept deliberately separate from the list your team browses, which legitimately shows sold and archived vehicles.
It hands over when it should
You choose the words that send a conversation straight to a person, such as complaint or manager. The assistant stays silent on any message containing one, before it spends anything on a reply.
Stop losing the customer who messaged at midnight.
Create a workspace, add your stock, and connect a number. The assistant answers from your inventory from the very first message.
